En nuestra planta de proceso tenemos 3 lineas de proceso:

2 processing lines, working in tandem, composed of: 2 pre cleaning machine (Gessi), 2 size selection machine (Gessi), 1 densimetric table (table separator) Gessi + 1 densimetric table Campugnucci (specific weight selection), 1 Delta Iguazu Color selection machine + 1 Sortex Buhler B (2016), Nematic Automatic Packing Machine.

TOTAL CAPACITY: 8 Tn per hour.

1 line without color selection (sortex), totally indecent from the A) Line: Size selection KL 80, densimetric table (table separator) Campugnucci and Mechanic Packing Machine.

TOTAL CAPACITY: 2,5 Tn per hour.

All movements are done with special elevators (noria) to ensure we not harm the quality of the grains.

Our building is dived into two parts:

Reception and preparation
We storage the raw materia here, with 800 mts2 total capacity to storage 600 mt of raw material in big bags. In this the machines working are: pre cleaning, size selection and table separator (densimetric machine).

Zone 2:

Storage of processed product
800 mts2 total capacity to storage 600 mt of processed product. We also have the color selection and packing machines here.
